  • Location data may be collected even when the app is not open or in use, solely for attendance and workforce management purposes.

  • Device model, operating system, unique identifiers, and log data.

c) Usage Information:

  • App usage activity, login/logout times, and feature interactions.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

  • To verify employee attendance through geo-location.

  • To track employee shifts and work hours.

  • To manage HR operations such as payroll, leave, and performance.

4. Background Location Access

Our App requires background location access for the following feature:

  • Attendance & Geo-fencing: Employees can check-in/check-out only within assigned office or branch locations. Background location ensures validation of employee presence during their working hours, even when the app is minimized or not actively used.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. However, we may share data in the following cases:

  • With your employer/organization (for HR and payroll purposes).
